Scotts Turf Builder 18061 Grass Seed, 5.6 Lb Bag

Scotts Turf Builder Dense Shade Mix Grass Seed is a specially formulated blend designed to thrive in shaded areas where grass typically struggles. This product combines grass seed, fertilizer, and soil improver in one convenient bag, making it an all-in-one solution for establishing or overseeding lawns that receive as little as three hours of direct sunlight daily. Whether you're filling in bare patches under trees or starting a new lawn in a shadier location, this seed mix provides the nutrients needed for strong root development and a thick, healthy turf.

The three-component formula works to build deeper roots for a more durable lawn once established. Simply prep your lawn area, apply the seed according to package directions, and rake it into the soil. With proper watering and care during the critical first weeks, you can transform problem areas into lush green space. The 7-pound bag covers up to 1,750 square feet, making it suitable for both new lawns and overseeding projects of various sizes.
